The Board of Trustees works with the Local Secretary/Treasurer and are also members of the Local Executive Board. They review all spending by the Union and makes sure the Local Officers and Unit Officers are making the best use of the membership dues monies. They make recommendations to the LEB on financial questions.

One trustee is elected from each of the four island Divisions by the members of that Division.

The board meets four times a year.
