Contract Administrator Michelle Tran manages and advises the Titled Officers and Business Agents on the enforcement of over 200 contracts that cover ILWU Units in Hawaii.

She also handles all requests for arbitration and works with Business Agents and the union’s law firms.

Contract Administration Assistant Terri Miyoi provides support in the contract administration department.

The Contract Administrator also coordinates the ILWU’s statewide safety program and safety education, teaches new steward classes, and oversees the production of ILWU contracts.
