Francine L. Molina
Aloha brothers and sisters of the ILWU! It has been a privilege and a pleasure serving you this past triennium. I am grateful to the many seasoned unit officers that have helped me through this new leadership role. It is your passion and hard work that inspires me to stand up and fight for the rights of our everyday rank and file. I strongly believe the best quality of a good leader is accountability. I cannot promise to win every grievance or be the best at what I do, all I can promise is that I will always TRY my best, I am committed to be better each time. In todays time, we are told that “we” the youth are the future… With the knowledge and structure of the past, and the drive and determination of the youth together we have a recipe for a great future. But without one we cannot have the other. With that I humbly ask for your support and vote in this election. Mahalo, Francine Molina

Theresa M. Cabulizan
Aloha my Brothers and Sisters,
My name is Theresa Cabulizan.
I have been employed at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows for almost 30 years.
I have held all of the Unit positions in our Unit [Unit Chairperson, 1st Vice Chairperson, Grievance Chair person, Secretary-Treasurer, Unit Editor and also TT’d as a Temp Business Agent].
I’ve been through a lot of struggles through out the many years. Seen many Lay-offs, outlets closing and New additions in our hotel. No matter what happened, I’ve been there helping out in front and behind the scenes.

I’ve been given the opportunity to attend the Local and International Conventions as a Delegate.
I have decided to run for Division Trustee to further my knowledge.
Remember:
