Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison bet
