Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison bet
